Show product updates on a Framer site without republishing
Editing a Framer page just to announce a small update is slow. A changelog widget keeps your updates outside the page, so you can publish them from a dashboard and they appear on your live site.
How it works
The component on your page asks ReleaseBadge for your published updates each time the page loads. When you add or edit an update in the dashboard, the next visitor sees the change. Your Framer page itself does not change.
Publish an update
- Open your ReleaseBadge dashboard.
- Click to add an update and write a title, version, category and details.
- Set it to Published. Drafts stay hidden from your site.
- Open your site and click the button to see it.
Good to know
Only published updates are shown. Your site must be listed under Authorized Domains in the dashboard. If an update does not appear, refresh the page once.
