Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of ReleaseBadge (the "Service"), operated by Divyesh Patel, . By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
2. The Service
ReleaseBadge lets you publish changelog entries and display them on your website through an embeddable widget, including a Framer component. Features and limits for each plan are described on our pricing page.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your project key reasonably private.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
- The Free plan costs nothing and is subject to the limits shown on the pricing page.
- The Pro plan is billed monthly in US dollars and renews automatically until cancelled.
- Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- You can cancel at any time from the Manage Subscription button in your dashboard. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of an existing subscription.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See Paddle's checkout buyer terms.
5. Your content
You own the content you publish. You grant us a limited licence to store it and display it through your widget and to the people you share it with. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to publish it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content;
- attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits or domain restrictions;
- probe, disrupt or overload the Service, or access other users' data;
- use the Service to send spam or distribute malware;
- remove the "Powered by" badge on the Free plan by technical means.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features, and we will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing support@releasebadge.com.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of VALSAD, GUJARAT, INDIA, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by updating the date above or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
