A free changelog popup for Framer sites
If you ship product updates often, a changelog popup keeps customers informed without a full changelog page. This free Framer component opens a popup listing your latest updates when someone clicks a button.
What the popup shows
Each update shows a version, a category (such as Feature, Fix or Performance), a date and the details you wrote. A small dot and an update count tell returning visitors something is new.
Customize it to match your site
- Change the button text, colors and corner radius.
- Choose a light or dark theme.
- Set the popup width, alignment, and whether it opens up or down.
- Turn the new-update dot and the count on or off.
Where to place it
Common spots are the navigation bar, the footer, or next to a product link. Open the popup upward if you place the button near the bottom of the page.
Free plan and Pro
The free plan includes up to 20 published updates, 5,000 widget views a month and one authorized domain. A small "Powered by ReleaseBadge" link shows in the popup. Pro ($9/month) removes the badge and raises the limits.
